Terms of service

We accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop pay and all major debit/credit cards. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. As all items are handcrafted to order, please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch and 2-5 days for delivery after dispatch.

You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. Personalised or commissioned items are non-returnable unless faulty. Please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery.

We recommend not booking tradespeople or making arrangements dependent on delivery until your order has arrived and been inspected. We cannot be held liable for costs incurred due to delivery delays.
