Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase from The Brit Workshop. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Standard items:

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return
• Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

Faulty or damaged items:

• If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos in order for us to accept liability or contact the handler to meet their terms & conditions.
• We will arrange a free return and offer a full refund or replacement

Personalised & made-to-order items:

• Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged
• If faulty or damaged, return postage will be covered by us

To initiate a return, please contact us at theworkbench@britishworkshop.co.uk with your order number and details of your request.

A refund will be issued once the goods are returned to us in a satisfactory condition.
